McAlister's Honors Summer with LTO BBQ Menu

McAlister’s Deli is celebrating summer with new limited-time menu offerings, including hearty portioned BBQ nachos, sandwiches, spuds, and salads, available through September 29. 

“Everyone correlates summer memories with the sight, smell, and flavors of BBQ, so it’s the perfect time to bring back fan favorites such as the BBQ pulled pork sandwich, spud, and nachos,” says McAlister’s vice president of global marketing Donna Josephson. “We also wanted to offer a lighter alternative to traditional BBQ by launching our Southwest BBQ Chicken Salad. To celebrate summer and BBQ, we are looking forward to awarding a lucky fan through our ‘How Do You ‘Cue’ sweepstakes.”

From August 10 to 26, fans can enter the “How Do You ‘Cue” sweepstakes by visiting or McAlister’s is encouraging fans to vote for their favorite way to eat BBQ and complete the online entry form for a chance to win a $1,000 Visa gift card and a $250 McAlister’s gift card.

The new BBQ pulled pork menu items include:

·      Sandwich: Barbecue pulled pork on Ciabatta bread, piled high with McAlister’s homemade coleslaw finished with a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce.

·      Spud: Fluffed baked potato topped with pickles and barbecue pulled pork finished in a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce.

·      Nachos: Tortilla chips covered with smoked pulled pork, Ro*Tel, and Cheddar-Jack cheeses, and jalapenos finished with a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce topped with sour cream and green onions.

·      Southwest BBQ Chicken Salad: Salad with Cheddar-Jack cheese, fresh corn relish, and diced tomatoes, spicy guacamole, and tortilla chips. Served with McAlister’s signature BBQ Ranch dressing.
