McDonald's is continuing to innovate the breakfast scene by adding more choices to the national All Day Breakfast menu, which varies by location.

McDonald's is shifting to one national All Day Breakfast menu to give customers more of their favorite breakfast items anytime of the day. Currently, most local restaurants serve McMuffin sandwiches after normal breakfast hours. With the new expanded All Day Breakfast menu, rolling out this month, breakfast fans will be able to enjoy McMuffin sandwiches and Biscuit sandwiches, as well as the newest addition, McGriddles.

With the expansion of the All Day Breakfast menu, McDonald's has also recently announced positive changes to its food including no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives in both the pork sausage patties and omelet-style eggs served on the McGriddles sandwiches. The company has revitalized its classic Egg McMuffin sandwiches, moving from margarine to 100 percent real butter, and continuing to serve a fresh cracked Grade-A egg at the center of it all. McDonald's remains committed towards sourcing only cage-free eggs by 2025, in the U.S. and Canada.

The new expanded All Day Breakfast menu will include: Egg McMuffin, Sausage McMuffin with Egg, Sausage McMuffin sandwiches and, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, Sausage Biscuit with Egg, Sausage Biscuit, Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddles, Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles, Sausage McGriddles, Hotcakes, Hotcakes and Sausage, Sausage Burrito, Fruit & Maple Oatmeal, Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait and Hash Browns (varies by restaurant).
