Metro McDonald's, now open at Harmon Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard, is a modern twist on the classic American eatery recognized worldwide.

The first and only location to receive this moniker, Metro McDonald's features 24-hour service, digital menu boards and Wifi access in a unique, contemporary setting.

Located in the heart of Las Vegas across the street from City Center and the city's newest resort The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Metro McDonald's boasts bright, vibrant decor, sleek furniture and graffiti-like murals in a 6,734 square-foot two-story location.

To showcase the restaurant's 24-hour convenience in a 24-hour town, Metro McDonald's is hosting a unique after-hours grand opening celebration open to the public Friday, May 4 from midnight to 6:00 a.m.

The grand opening celebration will transform the restaurant into a Vegas-inspired nightclub including a red carpet, live club DJ, Las Vegas showgirls and celebrity servers. The red carpet will provide celebrities and the public with the opportunity to pose for photographs.

While locally renowned DJ Cyberkid spins, partygoers will be encouraged to pop prize-filled balloons given away by Las Vegas showgirls to win free food and show tickets!

Celebrity servers will dish out McDonald's treats with a smile, with 10% of proceeds from midnight to 4 a.m. benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas.

In the Las Vegas area, McDonald's and its franchisees operate 111 McDonald's restaurants and employ more than 4,300 people.
