-NexCen Brands, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NEXC) today announced the opening of the first Great American Cookies franchised store in Mexico. The store opened in Bosco Vallarta Zapopan in Jalisco, one of the 31 Mexican states.

The agreement calls for stand alone and co-branded stores throughout the region.

Chris Dull, President of NexCen Franchise Management, Inc., the franchising subsidiary of NexCen Brands, stated, “We have established a solid platform for our franchisees to open Great American Cookies and Pretzelmaker throughout North America.
