Micros Systems, a provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality and retail industries, is expanding its partnership with Delaware North Companies Sportservice by implementing the Micros 9700 Hospitality Management System (HMS) with food & beverage and retail functionalities as its stadium management solution throughout Great American Ball Park, home to the Cincinnati Reds.
The POS installation at Great American Ball Partk spans 28 concession stands, two restaurants, 65 suites, seven retail stores, and mobile service for 42,271 seats.
To extend cost savings to the stadium, Micros was able to use existing components from the stadium's previous Micros TangentPOS system.
