Mimis Café introduced its latest menu additions, including new Just Enough menu items, Party Packs To-Go, and a selection of limited-time dishes using specially chosen seasonal ingredients and flavors.
“The seasonal menu and new Just Enough items were inspired by America’s love for grilling, incorporating flavors from various parts of our country from regional BBQ sauces to California cuisine,” says Adam Baird, executive chef for Mimis Cafe.
Fresh Seasonal Features available through September 30 include: the Monterey Chicken Burger, with a broiled chicken breast, smoky bacon, jack cheese, and avocado with basil pesto aioli; and the BBQ Ranch “Onion Onion” Burger, a half-pound chuck burger topped with griddled red onions, jack cheese, and fried onion rings with BBQ ranch sauce.
New Just Enough Items include: the BBQ Shrimp Cocktail, cooked shrimp chilled with Mimi’s house-made BBQ sauce for dipping; Garlic Fries, which are Mimi’s classic fries tossed with garlic spices; BBQ Pulled Pork, tender pulled pork simmered in Mimi’s house-made BBQ sauce served on garlic-toasted ciabatta with pickles and griddled onions; and the Artichoke Asiago Chicken Spaghettini, parmesan chicken with artichoke and asiago cream, lightly browned, atop spaghetti with garlic spinach, fresh tomatoes, diced asparagus, and tomato cream sauce (a dinner option).
New Party Packs To-Go items include: Jumbo Cobb Salad, which is Mimi’s Classic Chopped Cobb with turkey, bacon, avocado, green onions, egg, tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese, and a choice of dressing, along with six baked muffins; and the BBQ Pulled Chicken or Pork Ciabatta, along with a selection of side salads.
