Pieology Pizzeria announced the grand opening of its Maple Grove, Minnesota, location. Located near the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, this newest restaurant is the third owned by Minnesota Vikings offensive lineman Matt Kalil. Co-operated with his father, Frank Kalil, together they own the Pieology Pizzeria franchise rights for the entire state of Minnesota, and plan to open another 14 locations in the coming years.
“After tackling two Minnesota openings, we’re excited to introduce the deliciously fun and interactive Pieology pizza experience to the tight-knit community of Maple Grove,” Frank Kalil says. “Our personalized build-your-own process is something that can be shared with anyone, and we hope to inspire each of our guests to create their perfect pizza.”
The Pieology experience starts with fresh house-made dough that is pressed into 11.5-inch-thin pizza crusts. Guests select from three base signature sauces, then move down the line to choose among 30 fresh and flavorful meats, cheeses, vegetables, herbs, and spices. To finish, guests have the option to add after-bake “Flavor Blast” sauces, including fiery buffalo, pesto, and BBQ to create their own pie. Each custom pizza with unlimited toppings is always $8 or less. Pieology also offers gluten-free crust and a selection of seven signature pizzas, which can be customized upon request.
Pieology Pizzeria in Maple Grove is located near the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes at 7860 Main Street North. The restaurant comfortably seats approximately 70 guests in an industrial-chic and friendly environment, where inspirational quotes decorate the walls, menus, and employee uniforms. The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
