MOD Super Fast Pizza today announced the rollout of its new seasonal menu items—the Aretha Pizza, the Roasted Brussels Sprouts Salad, and the Oreo Cookie Milkshake. The new items will be available at all MOD locations across the U.S. through April 22, 2019.
The Aretha Pizza packs a powerful punch, mixing together a blend of sweet and spice. The red sauce base is topped with spicy pepperoni, fresh arugula, jalapenos, shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan. Once cooked, the pizza is finished with a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey—a chili pepper-infused wildflower honey—adding just the right amount of sweet heat. Back by popular demand, Mike’s Hot Honey, which can be added as a finishing sauce on any pizza, is now a permanent menu item at all MOD locations.
The Roasted Brussels Sprouts Salad perfectly balances the rustic flavors of winter. House-roasted Brussels sprouts and mixed greens are combined with roasted garlic, grated parmesan and croutons—tossed with MOD’s zingy and seasonal lemon herb vinaigrette dressing.
The Oreo Cookie Milkshake rounds out the winter offerings—a creamy vanilla shake blended with real Oreo pieces.
