PAR Technology Corporation, a leading global provider of point-of-sale (POS) solutions to the restaurant industry, announced, that Modern Market has completed the deployment of PAR’s Brink POS software, PAR EverServ hardware, and PAR services at all 15 locations. Modern Market brings healthy, sustainable dining and serves farm-to-table, American fare. Modern Market has locations in Colorado and Texas, with plans to open additional outlets.
PAR provided Modern Market the solution it was seeking: a new cloud-based point of sale designed with enterprise management for multiunit operators. Moving the POS system to the cloud with Brink POS eliminates the need for a server in each store, and streamlines operations for menu changes, marketing initiatives, and decreases deployment time for new stores.
In just five weeks, Modern Market completed their installation of Brink POS running on PAR EverServ 500 terminals at all 15 locations. PAR’s installation and training services were described by the Modern Market team as “flawless”. Employee training time was minimal due to the ease of use of the software and the adoption of a screen layout, which mirrored what the employees had been previously using. Modern Market will be using PAR’s 24x7x365 Helpdesk resources to keep their in-store teams fully supported at all times.
