The Dallas Metro area is now home to five Modern Market locations. The farm-fresh eatery opened its newest restaurant in the CityLine development in Richardson, Texas (1419 E. Renner Rd.). It joins existing restaurants in Flower Mound, Plano, Dallas’ Preston Hollow neighborhood and Southlake. This is Modern Market’s 17th location between Colorado and Texas.

“Richardson and the new CityLine center are quickly growing, urban environments where both residents and business professionals want healthy, fast, and affordable dining options. Fresh, real food is finally within walking distance for any meal of the day. The restaurant’s seasonally-changing menu includes farm-fresh salads, pizzas made with whole grain dough and organic tomatoes, scratch-made soups, toasted sandwiches, classic home-style plates, and breakfast entrées made with cage-free eggs and all-natural, nitrate-free breakfast meats. Modern Market provides many gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, catering for meetings and events, and it even breaks down the nutritional content of meals on each receipt.
