Modern Market Eatery, a fast casual concept specializing in foods made from scratch using clean ingredients, introduces its summer menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients such as zucchini, strawberries and heirloom cherry tomatoes.

  • Greens & Grains Bowl: ​Baby greens, organic rice & quinoa, marinated zucchini, roasted cremini mushroom & onion, roasted rainbow carrot, heirloom cherry tomato, balsamic glaze and scallion ranch dressing. $10.95 
  • Summer Garden Salad: Spring mix, marinated zucchini, heirloom cherry tomato, red onion, cucumber, carrot, goat cheese, balsamic drizzle and scallion ranch dressing. $10.95 
  • Farmer 2.0: Baby greens, herb-marinated roasted chicken, goat cheese, corn, strawberry, watermelon radish, almond, sesame seeds and citrus Champagne vinaigrette. $13.95 
  • B-L-Toast: Avocado, nitrate-free bacon, heirloom cherry tomato, arugula, basil aioli and balsamic glaze on multigrain toast. $7.95 
  • Smoky Chicken Bowl: Herb-marinated roasted chicken, organic rice & quinoa, chile sweet potato, citrus cabbage slaw, heirloom cherry tomato, cotija, avocado tomatillo salsa and smoked cream.​ ​$12.95 
  • Salmon Caesar: Sustainable salmon on romaine and kale with Grana Padano, heirloom cherry tomato, cucumber, basil and ciabatta croutons with house Caesar dressing.​ ​$14.45 
  • Flatiron Salad: 100% grass-fed steak on mixed greens with Gorgonzola cheese, roasted fingerling potato, heirloom cherry tomato, roasted onion and basil balsamic vinaigrette.​ ​$14.95  
  • Strawberry Nutella Waffle: Belgian dessert waffle topped with fresh strawberries, Nutella and powdered sugar. $5.45 

 

Modern Market Eatery also introduces ​seasonal ​Fire Roasted Veggies, featuring roasted broccoli, cauliflower, organic rainbow carrot, charred onion and zucchini, now available for $3. Additionally, seasonal fan favorite Street Corn Pizza returns, available only through the Modern Market mobile app, website or in-restaurant.
