Modmarket, a rapidly growing fast casual restaurant company offering healthy, affordable food, announced the opening of its seventh Front Range restaurant. The new Modmarket is right in the heart of the 16th Street Mall, an outdoor pedestrian mall in downtown Denver.

We love the energy of the mall and believe our offering is a perfect addition to the urban combination of retail, office, and residential populations found here. The restaurant was designed to specifically cater to a downtown crowd and boasts many features that make it the perfect spot for working on the go while enjoying healthy food made fast,” says Anthony Pigliacampo, Modmarket co-founder.

The 3,400-square foot restaurant at the intersection of 16th and Champa Streets, will be open daily from 7 A.M. to 8 P.M., serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Modmarket offers farm fresh food for the modern lifestyle, making a quick meal out healthy and affordable. Using simple, whole ingredients, sourced from a collection of traceable regional and local suppliers, all dishes are made from scratch in open kitchens. Modmarket’s seasonal menu brings scratch-made, farm fresh food to diners for under $10 in less than 10 minutes. In addition, Modmarket’s recipes cater to many dietary preferences as well as the mainstream population.

 

Two additional Front Range-area Modmarket locations will open in the coming months: one in Highlands Ranch as well as an airport Modmarket in the Concourse B Food Court of Denver International Airport. In addition, the Company will take its concept out of state when it introduces Modmarket later this spring to a Dallas suburb.
