The highly anticipated Modmarket in Denver International Airport’s (DIA) C Concourse, near Gate 28, is now open to travelers. This is the second Modmarket location at DIA to open this year. Modmarket Concourse B opened in early January.
“It is no secret there is a discouraging lack of healthy dining options in most airports,” says Modmarket cofounder Anthony Pigliacampo. “Since we opened on Concourse B earlier this year, we have received the warmest welcome from travelers looking for a healthy but fast meal. Now that we have two DIA locations, fresh, naturally good food is available to even more people. We are proud to help make the world a happier and healthier place, one traveler at a time.”
Modmarket Concourse C offers a similar menu to Concourse B with the addition of brick oven pizzas, local craft beers (draft and bottled), and an assortment of red and white wines.
The newest restaurant is the company’s 10th Colorado location and 14th in total. It is operated by Tastes Denver LLC, a partnership between Tastes on the Fly and IRG LLC.
