Back by popular demand, Moe’s Southwest Grill’s limited-time protein offering Shredded Beef Birria is returning to the stage. Moe’s most popular LTO ever, is an instant hit featuring juicy shredded beef cooked in chiles and garlic, Birria is a rich, savory protein perfect for the winter season.
To celebrate the return of Moe’s Southwest Grill Birria, we are also releasing the limited-time Quesabirria Taco featuring the new protein. The Quesabirria Taco is a unique symphony of savory flavors, featuring juicy shredded beef birria slow cooked in chiles and garlic in a grilled Oaxaca cheese-crusted soft shell.
Additional Details:
- Beginning February 4, the protein offering and special taco are available at Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurants nationwide while supplies last, and the protein can be added to any Entrée for an additional cost.
