Mongolian Concepts Taps T3 as Agency Partner

  • Industry News October 25, 2018

T3, the Austin-based innovation agency, has been selected by national restaurant operator Mongolian Concepts to develop a responsive web design for Genghis Grill that creates a branded online ordering and loyalty experience. This new partnership will leverage T3’s Restaurant Accelerator, a proprietary platform that combines the agency’s best-in-class customer experience and loyalty practice into a nimble technology solution.

Founded in 2017, Mongolian Concepts joined the Genghis Grill, bd's Mongolian Grill and Flat Top Grill brands under a unified umbrella. The restaurant group sought an agency partner with deep experience in utilizing customer data in an intelligent and meaningful way to provide fans with a personalized online ordering experience with integrated loyalty functionality.

“We selected the T3 team because of their extensive experience in leveraging technology and customer insights to combine our loyalty and online ordering platforms into one seamless digital experience,” says Doug Willmarth, Chief Marketing Officer. “They have the full capability we needed – technical know-how, usability insights and beautiful creative execution – to bring our brand and unique product experience to life online.”

Armed with its Restaurant Accelerator, and driven by a mobile-first approach, T3 will develop a structure for both design and technology that Mongolian Concepts can replicate across its restaurant brands.

“The natural compatibility between Mongolian Concepts and T3 is clear – we are thrilled to be partnering with a team who is dedicated to innovating the way they engage with consumers to drive the business forward,” says Ben Gaddis, T3 president.

The addition of Mongolian Concepts is part of a year of unprecedented growth for the agency. T3 now has 16 quick-service clients on its roster, including Pizza Hut, Cinnabon, Auntie Anne's, Moe's Southwest Grill, Torchy's Tacos, Schlotzsky's, McAlister's Deli, Carvel and Hopdoddy Burger Bar.
