    Industry News | September 25, 2012

The weather begins to cool, children are back in school, and the leaves change color. Now is the time to celebrate the season with specialty crafted fall beverages with the help of Monin Gourmet Flavorings.

Monin offers on-trend premium syrups to spice up menus this fall, such as Carmel Apple, Spiced Brown Sugar, and Pumpkin Spice.

The pumpkin craze has continued to see growth through all product lines from candles to beers.  Menu Monitor Trend-Tracking by Technomic notes a 38 percent increase in pumpkin menu presence since 2010.

Additionally, Monin offers a popular pie line including Apple Pie, Blueberry Pie, Pecan Pie, and Pumpkin Pie. The line capitalizes on the renewed popularity of traditional American comfort food and features classic fillings and homemade crust flavor.

Monin expects the flavors to be especially popular with consumers as the holiday season approaches. Prepare for winter with Monin Gingerbread, Toasted Marshmallow, and Frosted Mint Syrups.

All of the fall and winter flavors were developed to be used in a variety of drinks, including martinis, shakes, and hot or frozen coffees.

The flavorings are available in 1-liter plastic bottles with 4 bottles per case, or 750-milliliter glass bottles with 12 bottles per case.

Monin offers more than 200 specialty syrup, sauce, and puree products designed to add flavor and profit to specialty beverages.
