Mooyah Burgers & Fries appointed industry veteran Alan Hixon to the position of president.

Prior to his newly appointed position, Alan Hixon served as president and COO of Freebirds World Burrito, where he steered the brand from an entrepreneurial start-up concept to regional cult status. Alan was instrumental in completing the strategically planned acquisition of the brand in 2007 by Tavistock Restaurants.
