Pizza lovers in Kyle, Texas are in for a treat with the announcement of a new Mr. Gatti’s pickup and delivery location in Kyle Village at 22510 Interstate 35. The location is scheduled to open April 8.
This will be multi-unit owner/operator George Kash’s ninth Mr. Gatti’s location with his other restaurants in north Austin and Round Rock. George Kash’s mother, Mary Kash, became the very first franchisee with Gatti’s Pizza in 1972. George took over his mother’s store when she retired, and since then, has successfully focused on turning it into a multi-unit operation.
“I’m looking forward to serving the city of Kyle with our newest Mr. Gatti’s pickup and delivery location,” says Kash. “I fell in love with the Mr. Gatti’s franchise business at a young age and it has been a livelihood for generations in my family. I can’t wait for the people of Kyle to experience the brand that has made such an impact on my life.”
To celebrate the opening of the new Mr. Gatti’s in Kyle, the location will offer a special on one-topping pizzas for $6.99.
“George Kash has been a part of the Mr. Gatti’s family for years, and we are thrilled that he continues to pursue bringing the brand into new communities,” says Jerry DeFeo, senior vice president of franchise operations of the Fort Worth-based chain. “George epitomizes the brand’s mission to serve families with delicious food, over-the-top customer service and fun.”
Mr. Gatti’s Pizza, now based in Fort Worth, first opened its doors as The Pizza Place in Stephenville, Texas, in 1964. Since the beginning, Mr Gatti’s is proud to serve its local communities with quality pizzas made from daily handmade dough, a secret pizza sauce made from 16 different herbs and spices and smoked provolone cheese which gives Mr. Gatti’s famous pizza it’s signature taste.
