My Pie, the fine casual pizza concept known for its family recipes and New York themed decor, announced that they will be opening soon in Holladay, Utah. Located in the Holladay Market Place at 4655 S 2300 E, the space will occupy 2,100 square feet of seating space and a partial patio.

The newest location is owned and operated by second-time My Pie franchise owner’s, Travis and Alicia Johnson of Centerville, Utah. It is the second of a six-unit development agreement that will be opening across Utah.

“While there are countless franchise opportunities available today, it was important for us to find the right concept that was committed to delivering an exceptional brand experience and truly invested in their franchisee’s success. When we were introduced to the MyPie concept, it was obvious that we found the perfect fit,” says Johnson. “We’re thrilled to be part of a brand in the midst of explosive growth and we’re excited for what the future holds.”

My Pie is an upscale fine casual concept based on family held recipes dating back generations, resulting in quality artisanal pizzas that are both convenient, delicious, and affordable. Each location features an open-kitchen format that harkens guests back to the traditional pizza makers found in New York City. Diners can choose from one of the signature pizzas or “Pizza Your Way” that allows them to choose from a wide selection of fresh, hand-sliced ingredients.

Gluten free and vegan options are available, as well. At the heart of all My Pie locations is a continuously burning 800-degree oven that perfectly crisps each pie, in just two minutes. “We are incredibly excited to be bringing the iconic flavor of New York style pizza to the city of Holladay,” says Ryan Mitchell, Co-Founder of My Pie. “My Pie is about supporting families, communities and our incredible team members. With the Johnson’s, we found true entrepreneurs that epitomize the My Pie value system and will support the community initiatives that are so dear to our hearts.”
