With nearly 21.5 million fresh, clean and nutrient-rich juices, Superfood smoothies and acai bowls served in just eight years, Nékter Juice Bar is fast-becoming A favorite modern juice bar experience. Created to bring transparency, ingredient integrity and consumer trust back to the category, Nékter will celebrate its 8th anniversary beginning Monday, October 8, treating its guests to two, 16-ounce fresh juices or smoothies for just $8 at participating stores and via its mobile app. Nékter app members will also receive double points from October 9 through October 14, helping them earn rewards like free menu items that much quicker.

“Eight years ago, we wanted to introduce our local community in Orange County to a modern and more transparent juice bar experience,” says Steve Schulze, co-founder and CEO, Nékter Juice Bar. “We honestly never imagined that our passion for clean and healthy living would grow into a national brand. To think that we have served more than 21.5 million juices, smoothies and acai bowls is not only gratifying but this success continues to inspire us to envision more ways to help our guests nourish their lives.”

Since 2010, Nékter Juice Bar has also served more than 2.3 million cold-pressed juices for guests on the go, plus countless healthy snacks including Skoop, its 100% creamy and delicious vegan frozen treat the brand introduced in 2017 to rave guest reviews.

Nékter, which now counts more than 120 restaurants in 13 states, continues to bring The Nékter Life to new communities as awareness and demand for its authentic experience intensifies across the country. Since last October, Nékter opened in several new markets including Florida, Minnesota, Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington State. Looking ahead into 2019, plans are underway to open in Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C., as well as adding more restaurants into existing markets. Nékter is also working on expanding internationally and opening in more non-traditional locations, such as college campuses and airports.

In the last year, Nékter also continued to expand on its promise to make a healthy lifestyle both affordable and accessible. This spring, Nékter introduced a national sourcing and distribution program to ensure the freshest and most local produce, and in September announced a new delivery option working with three leading third-party companies, Grubhub, Doordash, and Postmates in the majority of its markets.
