Firo Fire Kissed Pizza, a Lawton, Oklahoma–based artisan pizza, fresh salad, and authentic gelato concept that offers high-quality products and experience at an affordable price, is entertaining a brand new audience with the launch of a strategic franchise expansion initiative sweeping Oklahoma and Texas.

Capitalizing on the exponential growth of the build-your-own meal craze in the fast casual market, Firo Fire Kissed Pizza distances itself from others through a diverse menu including fresh artisan pizza ingredients like prosciutto, soppressata, Gorgonzola, and artichoke hearts, an extensive build-your-own salad bar option, and authentic Italian gelato. Since opening in 2014, Firo Fire Kissed Pizza has blossomed into the go-to artisan pizza place in southwestern Oklahoma.

The brand's founder notes that its dedicated following and fan base is in large part a testament to its use of quality ingredients and a Tuscan-style ambiance unlike any other pizza concept in the market.

"We have become a premier restaurant in our community and now we have a prime opportunity to take this winning concept and replicate it across this region and the nation with the right owner-operators and investors," says founder and owner Matt Jones.

Firo is the vision of Jones, an entrepreneur, trained orthodontist, and commercial developer in his region. Through meticulous research and preparation, Jones created Firo along with a team of experts to create an unforgettable pizza experience.

"People are craving unique options when dining out; they want variety, and they want fresh food they can't make at home. That's part of the appeal of our brand and why we've built such a tremendous following," Jones says.

Ushering in a new era of franchising, Firo Fire Kissed Pizza recently appointed Al Ryan as its new vice president of operations. Ryan brings 30 years of experience developing, implementing, and managing strategic and tactical operations in highly competitive markets with The Krystal Company, Church's Chicken, and Domino's Pizza. Ryan is responsible for ensuring consistency in operating processes and systems and upholding values of the brand, in addition to improving company profitability.

"I look forward to helping Firo Fire Kissed Pizza expand our innovative restaurant concept and bring artisan products to new markets, all while creating an opportunity for the right franchise owners and operators," Ryan says.

The franchise program is being rolled out across the Southwest with national expansion to follow. Firo Fire Kissed Pizza is targeting both single and multiunit owner-operators and investors to expand the brand.
