With more than 25 years of experience in sales, training, and senior management, Berry has held executive leadership, sales training and sales positions with Guidant Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer Medical Company, and Procter & Gamble. Berry was previously a Managing Member of Berry Enterprises and a Vice President at Medtronic Corporation. While at Medtronic, he led successful growth initiatives and managed over $300 million in revenue. Berry also managed the sales, operations and a sales training department while he developed and led the execution of business and sales strategies for teams of up to 270 sales professionals.
Prior to joining Famous Recipe Company, Beasley was National Account Sales Manager for PepsiCo’s Foodservice Division. There he managed and led sales to national food service customers for brands such as Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade. While at PepsiCo, Beasley was instrumental in working with key national customers to formulate their vision, market position, and strategies to identify and reach target audiences. He also worked with his customers to develop and execute promotions and crew incentives that increased overall average sales and traffic. In addition, in 2006 he successfully negotiated contracts for PepsiCo that exceeded $164 million in revenue. Beasley also worked for Nabisco Biscuit Company where he was responsible for the commercialization of the Nabisco product line in the Southeast region, including managing all sales and promotions for mass market leaders such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target and Sam’s Club.
Both Berry and Beasley are responsible for the development of the strategic plan for Mrs. Winner’s as well as the company’s community outreach efforts. Berry and Beasley will remain co-owners of Mrs. Winner’s Chicken & Biscuits.
