Culver’s new menu offerings— the Pepper Grinder Bacon ButterBurger and Pepper Grinder Bacon Chicken Sandwich—debuted at the 422 Culver’s restaurants across the country. They’ll be available for a limited time only through September 19.
“Pepper is a big and bold flavor that grabs your attention,” says Craig Culver, cofounder and CEO of Culver Franchising System Inc. “As the world’s most popular spice, pepper is the perfect complement to our mouthwatering signature ButterBurgers.”
Both sandwiches feature multidimensional pepper flavors that start with hot pepper cheese and hand-mixed four-peppercorn mayonnaise, along with bacon. The Pepper Grinder ButterBurger is made with Culver’s fresh, never frozen, 100 percent U.S. beef and a toasted, lightly buttered bun. The chicken option includes crispy or flame roasted chicken, shredded lettuce, and tomato slices on a lightly toasted, buttered hoagie bun.
Additionally, this summer Culver’s guests have a number of new dessert options to finish the meal, including the Cherry Cheesecake Concrete Mixer and the Brownie Batter Concrete Mixer. Culver’s Concrete Mixer is an extra thick fresh Frozen Custard snack with toppings mixed in.
