New World Restaurant Group Appoints Daniel J. Dominguez as Chief Operating Officer

    New World Restaurant Group, Inc. (OTC: NWRG) recently announced that Daniel J. Dominguez has been appointed to serve as chief operating officer. Mr. Dominguez previously served as senior vice president for Noah's Bagels and as director of operations (Midwest) for Einstein Bros. Bagels, two of New World's brands.

    "Dan brings over 10 years of experience and success with our brands and nearly 30 years in the restaurant industry, which will help him support our company as we continue to grow as a leader in the quick casual restaurant business," said New World CEO Paul Murphy. "We look forward to having Dan's continued leadership and contribution to the New World family. As COO, Dan's passion will help lead the New World brands to continue expanding nationwide and providing great food and service to our customers."

    Prior to joining New World, Mr. Dominguez was the executive vice president of JB Patt America, a franchisee that operated Koo Koo Roo Restaurants in California. He also served as the divisional vice president of food services for Carter Hawley Hale in San Francisco and as the vice president of operations for Bakers Square Restaurants in California.
