New York Burger Co. leased its third storefront at 470 W. 23rd Street in a deal brokered by Winick Realty Group managing director Joseph Isa. This 1,777-square-foot location, on the corner of 10th Avenue, puts the burger chain in great proximity to the new Highline Park entrance set to open in the second half of 2010.

“That whole area is changing and this store will be a great amenity to the neighborhood,” says Isa, who represented both the tenant and the landlord in the 15-year deal.

New York Burger Co. aims to raise the bar for the quick-service/fast-casual meal experience with all-natural food prepared without preservatives. This is the chain’s first franchise location, and ownership is working with Isa to actively seek additional sites around Manhattan.
