Family owned & operated since 1975, the entrepreneurs behind the brand are setting out to transform the bagel industry with plans to bring more than 50 new franchise locations to markets across the country over the next two years.

With 15 locations in New York, Bagel Boss has carved out a unique niche by finding a way to bring fresh authentic New York bagels, gourmet coffee, and appetizing to the masses.

Founded in 1975 on Long Island, New York, Bagel Boss was created by 4th generation bagel & bialy baker Mel Rosner and his sons, 5th generation bagel & bialy bakers Randy, Jerry & Adam Rosner, who all shared a vision of bringing quality and affordable bagels, gourmet coffee and appetizing to the masses. After successfully operating the original Hicksville location 24/7, Bagel Boss became the fastest-growing family-owned bagel brand opening an additional nine locations on Long Island, one in Queens and four in Manhattan.

Now with a comprehensive training program and dedicated support teams to assist in franchise on-boarding, development, opening and ongoing operations, Bagel Boss is seeking experienced multi-unit franchisees in Florida, New Jersey and Connecticut, among other states. The brand’s easy-to-execute menu paired with a simple kitchen design allows for lower construction costs, reduced labor and fewer ongoing maintenance expenses for prospective franchisees. The initial franchise fee for Bagel Boss is $35,000 with the total single-unit investment ranging from $599,999 to $969,999.
