    No. 1 Restaurant in the World Just Opened a Fast Casual

    The mega-watt team behind Eleven Madison Park, recently named The World’s Best Restaurant, were set to debut their highly anticipated fast casual concept, Made Nice, Monday in New York City’s Flatiron District.

    Daniel Humm and Will Guidara, who also own acclaimed restaurant The NoMad, spent the week leading up to the grand opening handing out free food to test recipes. The restaurant offered 100 dishes a day to guests.

    Made Nice’s menu, curated by Eleven Madison Park alum Chef Danny DiStefano, features some fast casual takes on signature dishes from the group’s fine-dining powerhouses. Prices range from $11—$15 at the fast casual, which is right around the corner from The NoMad. The still-coming website features ingredients like beet relish, cranberry chutney, tomato confit, and strawberry gazpacho.
