Noodles & Company announced the addition of new Perfect Bowls to its menu, which are curated fan-favorite dishes that cater to popular diets and lifestyles, including paleo-friendly, keto, vegetarian and gluten-sensitive. Perfect Bowls make it easier for guests to maintain healthier summer routines while enjoying their favorite Noodles flavors. Plus, Noodles guests have the ability to customize any other dish on the menu to match individual nutritional goals.

To further encourage healthy habits, Noodles Rewards members will earn 600 bonus points – enough to score a free small Shareable – when they order a Perfect Bowl anytime through June 23. Guests who are not currently Rewards members can register via the mobile app or online at and receive 350 points upon sign-up.

No matter what kind of healthy cravings or preferences individual guests may have, Noodles has healthy menu offerings for everyone, including a new ‘Zoodles & Caulifloodles’ Family Meal option featuring Zucchini Shrimp Scampi, Zucchini Pesto with Grilled Chicken, Cauliflower Rigatoni in Light Onion Cream Sauce and Cauliflower Fresca Rigatoni with Shrimp and Caesar Salad. Perfect Bowls and the lighter family meal are available at all restaurants nationwide.

Guests can try the new menu items or a multitude of other nutritious offerings by swapping Zoodles or Caulifloodles into any dish or opting for a variety of appetizing salads. Plus, it’s easier than ever to tailor any dish, new or classic, to a healthy lifestyle of choice by placing an order online at or via the Noodles Rewards mobile app.

“Meeting the needs of every guest with fresh, tasty, made-to-order dishes has always been at the core of the Noodles & Company brand, so we are delighted to kick off summer with these light bowls that align perfectly with a variety of lifestyles,” says Stacey Pool, chief marketing officer of Noodles & Company. “Plus, with Noodles’ streamlined digital ordering experience, it’s never been easier or more convenient for guests to get a Perfect Bowl best suited to their health goals.”

Thanks to an updated digital ordering process, guests can conveniently get their nourishing noodle fix via delivery, quick-pickup or curbside pick-up at 382 locations. Those options are available to guests across the country, and as stay-at-home orders begin to expire, Noodles’ top priority remains the wellbeing and safety of guests and team members.

“To help maintain the highest health standards, we have implemented enhanced safety practices while also consistently providing value and convenience to our guests when they need it most,” adds Dave Boennighausen, chief executive officer of Noodles & Company. “We intend to reopen our dining rooms gradually on a restaurant-by-restaurant basis, by taking cues from our guests and paying close attention to regulatory guidelines.”
