Noodles & Company is implementing an emergency paid sick leave policy for team members at company-owned restaurants to provide additional support during this time of uncertainty. Here are the highlights:

As always, if team members are feeling ill, they are encouraged to stay home, or in the event of observable symptoms, will be sent home by managers.

If quarantine is mandated or COVID-19 test results are positive and a team member is not able to work his or her scheduled shifts, Noodles will pay the team member the average of their weekly pay based on total hours worked over the past eight weeks for a maximum of two weeks.

If COVID-19 test results are negative, team members can provide test results and receive pay for any missed shifts due to exclusion from work (voluntarily or mandated), up to a maximum of 5 scheduled missed shifts.

Noodles is also actively working on a long-term sick leave policy for hourly team members as a permanent addition to its industry-leading Life@Noodles benefits program.
