Noodles & Company, the quick-casual, globally inspired noodle restaurant that serves a balanced menu of freshly sautéed Asian, Mediterranean, and American cuisine, will open its first North Carolina restaurant in Durham on the Duke Medical Center campus on Saturday, June 14, at 10:30 a.m. The restaurant is located at 2608 Erwin Road at Research Drive.
Noodles & Company’s menu is inspired by culinary traditions from around the world. The menu features Asian, Mediterranean, and American noodle dishes, soups and salads. Favorites include the sweet and spicy Japanese pan noodles, creamy Penne Rosa, and Wisconsin Mac & Cheese.
At Noodles & Company, there are no freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Every bowl is prepared to order with the best noodles and pasta, fresh vegetables, authentic herbs and spices, artisan sauces, and grilled chicken, beef, shrimp, or organic tofu.
Two thirds of Noodles & Company’s dishes are less than 500 calories and one third have less than 10 grams of fat. Its educational Good Balance program was created to help guests make tailored food choices to meet their own balanced diet and needs.
Noodles & Company is a tip-free zone and is open Sunday through Wednesday 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Carry-out, phone-in, and fax-in orders are available.
Noodles & Company is growing and plans to open additional restaurants in North Carolina in the near future.
