Bojangles’ has added a milder, Southern-flavored, 100 percent white meat boneless chicken product to its menu called Homestyle Tenders.

The new tenderloin filets have a one-of-a-kind flavor for fans looking for a milder option at Bojangles’.

Homestyle Tenders are now available for purchase at all company locations and participating franchise locations.

Customers looking for a milder option can enjoy the new menu item as a four-piece snack, four-piece combo meal, family variety feast (which includes eight pieces of chicken, 12 Homestyle Tenders, eight biscuits, three Picnic Fixin’s, and a half gallon of Legendary Iced Tea), as a topper on a large garden salad, and in a kids’ meal.

“While we have a large number of fans who are passionate about our Cajun-seasoned variety of chicken, we want to make sure there is something on the menu for everyone who comes to Bojangles’,” says senior vice president of research and development Mike Bearss. “Bojangles’ is proud to offer our new Homestyle Tenders to customers who want a mild option when dining with us.”

Bearss and his team have also developed a new dipping sauce called Bo’s Special Sauce.

The creamy sauce seasoned with a distinctive Bojangles’ flavor is a complement to Homestyle Tenders and other Bojangles’ products, including the seasoned boneless Chicken Supremes, which are still available at all Bojangles’ locations.

In addition to Bojangles’ hand-breaded chicken products, all Bojangles’ menus include its made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits and family-sized fixin’s such as mashed potatoes, mac n’ cheese, seasoned fries, green beans, Bojangles’ Cajun Pintos, and Bojangles’ Dirty Rice.

Customers can also indulge with Bojangles’ Legendary Iced Tea or BoJo coffee, as well as enjoy desserts like Bo-Berry Biscuits, cinnamon pecan twists, and individual sweet potato pies.
