Togo's Inc. is pleased to announce that it has hired Novita Training to develop and implement franchise training programs for Togo's managers and restaurant employees. Novita's franchise training programs will be implemented in all existing and future Togo's restaurants.

Novita Training offers customized online and in-person coaching sessions for new franchisees and employees. Programs are designed to help develop robust, interactive, and instructionally sound solutions, while staying ahead of the technology curve.

With nearly 250 restaurants located in the Western U.S., Togo's is actively recruiting passionate franchisees to bring its high-quality, fresh sandwiches to new western markets and grow the brand to 400 restaurants by 2015.
