New York Bagel Café & Deli, the breakfast and lunch franchise, is heading west. They are getting ready to open their first location in California by the end of the September. The new location will be in Tracy, California, which is the second most populous city in San Joaquin County and an exurb of San Francisco.

The store will be located in the Tracy Pavilion Shopping Center located at 2745 Naglee Road. It is across from the West Valley Mall and the Tracy Auto Plaza. It has convenient on and off access to Interstate 205. It is also conveniently located directly across from the Park and Ride. The hours will be Monday through Saturday 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The owner of this new establishment is Amber Robinson, a proud Veteran and widowed mother of two boys. She was born and raised in California and became a new homeowner last year. She served in the US Army on active duty in 2005. Her late husband was a dual-service veteran who passed away two years ago from an undiagnosed heart condition. Amber also has extensive food service experience. She has worked various positions in the restaurant business and has more than a basic understanding of the demands and the day to day operations required to run a successful business.

“I’m excited and confident,” says Robinson. “NY Bagel Café & Deli is the perfect fit for my family and for the rapidly growing community of Tracy, California.”
