The Center for Consumer Freedom, a non-profit coalition that promotes personal responsibility and consumer choice, is debuting a television ad today that pokes fun at obesity lawsuits. In the spot, a lawyer for an obese man argues to a judge that a cookie company is responsible for the man’s obesity — based largely on the facts that there was “no warning label on the box…just pretty pictures” and the company makes the cookies “taste good on purpose.”

The 30-second spot will air on CNN, Fox, and MSNBC.
