Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) announced that its online resource library is now available for membership. The resource library provides information on a wide range of topics, such as: Research and trends, marketing, branding, healthy eating, menu design, operations, business and finance, design consulting, MAS consulting, laws and regulations, and product information.

The launch of the resource library serves as a stepping stone towards the goal of a larger and more encompassing educational archive. We hope that the library will continue to evolve and grow with the addition of member submissions.

To access the electronic library, simply log in to http://www.fcsi.org/ as a member and select the ‘Resource Library' menu option from the left hand menu. Once you have entered the library, you have the opportunity to browse at your leisure through the contents or to refine your search based on contributor, publication, topic, date, or keyword.

You can notify FCSI of your interest to submit content for inclusion in the FCSI Resource eLibrary. FCSI will then provide you with instructions for submission and a copyright authorization form that will allow your content to be presented in the library.
