Promoterz, an online service that integrates customer feedback, e-mail marketing, and referral generation, now provides integrated text marketing and social media interaction for its quick-serve clients.

“The open rates for text messages are well over 90 percent,” says Joe Free, executive vice president at Promoterz, “and over 80 percent get opened within an hour of sending. It’s a quick and powerful medium. We’re excited to put that power in the hands of our clients without a per-message fee.”

In addition to text marketing, which includes the collection of consumer opt-in cell phone numbers, Promoterz now also leverages the power of popular social media networks.

Messages created in Promoterz can be posted automatically to Facebook and Twitter and messages sent to end customers can be shared on their social networks with just one click.

“By integrating all these customer feedback and communication tools around a central customer database, we save our clients time and resources and we ensure that their end customer receives a consistent, coordinated message,” says Brian Percox, director of marketing at Promoterz.

Tom Chapman, a multi-unit Subway owner, agrees. “I don’t have the time or expertise to figure out multiple systems for collecting feedback and gathering and sending emails—not to mention texting or social media. Promoterz is like a Swiss Army knife: it’s got all the tools in one and they just keep adding. Promoterz gives me the ability to communicate directly with my customers even after they walk out the door.”
