Organic To Go Launches Seasonal Catering

Organic To Go (OTCBB:OTGO - News) launched a fresh, seasonal fall and winter catering menu today. Created for groups of five to 1,000, the full-service catering menu offers 30 new options to Organic To Go’s menu.

“With 40 percent of our overall business coming from catering, we see an opportunity to offer our bicoastal markets a change toward wholesome organic catering options at work and at home," says Jason Brown, Chairman and CEO of Organic To Go.

In addition to Organic To Go’s selection of signature breakfast items, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and entrees, 30 new seasonal menu items have been added including Beef Stew, Chicken Pot Pie, and Turkey Roulade made with organic and prairie-raised beef and all-natural chicken and turkey. Two new pizzas, Hawaiian and Supreme, have been added to the Pizza Organico selection of 18-inch hand-crafted pies. New snack bowls, such as the Good Morning, Healthy Choice, or the Chocolate Lover’s Snack Bowl are perfect for any meeting or event.

Organic To Go offers catering services from simple delivery drop-off to the option of full-service catering with skilled staff. Catering specialists are available to assist with planning events of all sizes. The new Bamboo Service expands Organic To Go’s commitment to green business practices by offering beautiful bamboo veneer plates and serving platters in addition to biodegradable, compostable or recyclable lunch bags, plates, cups, salad containers, sandwich boxes, and napkins. Catering orders are delivered by a fuel-conscious fleet of hybrid Prius vehicles, gas-sipping Scions, and multiple sizes of refrigerated trucking for larger orders.
