Fouad Qreitem, CEO of Paisano’s, welcomed NPV-1 LLC as a new Paisano’s franchisee with the highly desirable Northern Virginia town of Vienna as its targeted development territory. In July 2005, CNN/Money and Money magazine ranked Vienna fourth on its list of the 100 best places to live in the U.S.
“Vienna’s demographics as well as median income-per-household are precisely what our group was looking for as we develop this new business; that, along with the proven Paisano’s franchising procedures providing the confidence to make our new venture work,” says a spokesman for NPV-1 LLC. “We are excited to be joining the Paisano’s franchise family.”

Mike Halpern of Franchise Consulting LLC in Fairfax, Virginia, is committed to growing the Paisano’s delivery concept in Virginia, Maryland, and the greater Washington, D.C. area. New Paisano’s restaurants are in development for Burke and Springfield, Virginia.
