Loyal fans of Pal’s Sudden Service propelled their favorite brand to a top finish in recently polled for the best regional fast food chains by USA Today. Pal’s finished second only to Habit Burger in the voting by consumers and ahead of many larger fast food brands.

“We love our customers, and it is an honor to see that so many of them took time from their busy day to vote for us in the poll,” says Pal’s Chief Executive Officer Thom Crosby. “Their support by visiting one of our 29 restaurants on a regular basis is truly appreciated.”

The national online poll pitted Pal’s Sudden Service against much larger fast food brands, such as Whataburger, In & Out Burgers, Culver’s, Krystal and Sheetz. Featuring a limited menu of hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, shakes and the chain’s famous 32 oz. Big Tea, Pal’s charms customers with great food served within an average wait time of 30 seconds or less from the company’s drive-thru only restaurants. Pal’s was the first restaurant brand to earn the nation’s highest honor for quality, named as a Baldrige National Quality Award winner in 2001 by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
