The previous award-winning site was a huge hit with customers, providing immersive content and extensive information about the company and its menu. The site, which launched in 2011, was on the cutting edge of what could be done at the time, taking advantage of new technologies to provide a truly unique user experience.

Company president and CEO Thom Crosby says, “The site we launched in 2011 was a huge success for Pal’s. It gave us the ability to provide a lot of great information to our customers. However, as technology has advanced and new users have given us feedback about the site, we realized it was time to rebuild the site to provide the most positive customer experience we could.”
The main focus of the redesign was mobility. The new site makes finding a Pal’s location near you even easier through GPS. You can then use the same device to get turn-by-turn directions to the nearest Pal’s restaurant. The proliferation of smart devices and how informed current users are with mobile technology makes finding a Pal’s nearly effortless.
