ParTech Inc. (PAR), a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation, announced today that Pancheros Mexican Grill has completed the deployment of the PAR Brink POS Software solution in all 65 of its fresh-Mexican locations. Pancheros has been building the “better” burrito since 1992, and the brand operates 65 restaurants in 19 states with plans to open 10 new stores by the end of the year.
Pancheros says the selection of PAR and its Brink POS Software solution was based on many factors, including its quick and easy deployment and its integration capabilities.
Pancheros plans to implement Brink loyalty and online and mobile ordering in the next phase of deployment.

The implementation of Brink POS across all Pancheros restaurants illustrates the increasing demand in the fast-casual community for a cloud-based POS software model with native loyalty and ordering modules, and an API designed to make the deployment of third-party integrations easy. Additionally, with the rapid growth rate of the fast casual segment, Brink POS provides a shared database providing greater visibility to all locations and multi-tenancy to support brand expansion.
