Pancheros Mexican Grill, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant, welcomes Missouri fans to its newest location in Columbia. To celebrate the opening of Missouri’s second Pancheros restaurant, the new location will be hosting a $1 burrito event on April 7 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Pancheros’ menu offers a wide variety of selections including burritos, tacos, and quesadillas with a choice of fresh cut, marinated grilled steak, slow-roasted, seasoned pork carnitas, chili-tamarind marinated chicken, or season-marinated veggies. Each item is crafted with fresh ingredients, then mixed together with the help of special plastic spatula, “Bob the Tool,” to ensure a uniform flavor in each bite. Fans can spice up their order with any of Pancheros’ proprietary hot sauces, Flavocano, made with seven different peppers for a smoky kick, or Greenade, for a more tangy bite.

“Opening a second Pancheros location in mid-Missouri is a great opportunity for us to widen our reach and bring our better-built burritos to more guests in the area,” says Rodney Anderson, president of Pancheros Mexican Grill. “We have no doubt the second Columbia restaurant will be a tremendous success and continue to grow our already strong fan base in Missouri.”
