Papa John’s International, Inc. today announced the promotion of two individuals to the position of vice president of international operations: Myles Felt and Ray Lubesky.
Felt will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s international business for Asia/South Pacific (South Korea and China), India and the Middle East. There are currently 104 Papa John’s franchised restaurants in these regions, with contractual commitments to open 600+ additional units in these territories over the next six years. Felt joined the company in 2000 as regional operations director.
As vice president of international operations, Ray Lubesky will be responsible for development in Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada, Cyprus, Russia and Portugal. There are currently 126 Papa John’s franchised restaurants open in these regions, with contractual commitments to open 150+ additional units over the next four years. Lubesky joined Papa John’s in 2003 as regional operations director.

Both Felt and Lubesky are responsible for coordinating all corporate support activities, managing the international field support staff and providing strategic business consulting services for their respective international franchisees.
Papa John’s currently operates 318 international restaurants in 22 international markets. The company’s current development plans call for over 100 net new international restaurant openings in 2006.
