Last week, Papa Murphy’s was named the top brand in customer satisfaction for the third quarter of 2013 by Technomic’s Consumer Brand Metrics program.

According to the data published, Papa Murphy's earned the highest marks of the 121 chains surveyed, and 76 percent of respondents ranked their last visit as "excellent." Consumers' ratings of the chain are based on a number of measures, including the value of their time and money, satisfaction with meal portion sizes, and the speed of visit. The chain also received the highest ratings from consumers on its ability to provide value through menu items.

“We are honored consumers have selected us as the top restaurant chain for satisfaction,” says Ken Calwell, CEO and president of Papa Murphy’s. “Our franchise owners and crew members take great pride in serving our guests a fresh and high quality solution to the dinnertime dilemma facing all families. We believe everyone is happiest when the dinner table has a fresh made pizza served hot from their own oven, and they didn’t have to make the dough from scratch, grate cheese, or chop the fresh veggies by hand. Papa Murphy’s does that for them. With our convenient, fresh alternative to lengthy kitchen prep, families have more time to spend together at dinner time.”

Papa Murphy’s pizza dough is made daily, topped with vegetables, butcher-quality meat toppings, and 100 percent whole-milk Mozzarella, Cheddar and Provolone cheeses.

Technomic’s Consumer Brand Metrics is an ongoing data collection of consumer feedback and is compiled from a nationally representative sample of more than 130,000 consumer restaurant visits to date.
