The latest edition of Cooking with Paula Deen magazine names Chicken Salad Chick as the top spot in the country to try chicken salad. This section entitled “Ten to Try,” features a different delicacy in each issue and highlights the magazine’s ten favorite spots to find that particular food. The March/April issue presents Chicken Salad Chick as the first place to try chicken salad, highlighting the concept’s humble beginnings as well as their multiple locations and variety of flavors.

“We are extremely honored to be featured in such an esteemed publication,” says founder Stacy Brown. “Our team strives to provide a true chicken salad experience to each of our guests, and we hope that this recognition will allow us to serve new guests in our growing number of restaurants across the Southeast.”

The Chicken Salad Chick concept was established in Auburn, Alabama in 2008 in the kitchen of founder Stacy Brown. Chicken Salad Chick has sold over 100 franchises to be developed across the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas, and has plans to expand nationally in the coming years.
