PDQ has announced its latest limited time offering, the General Tso’s Bowl, which will be available at all PDQ locations starting August 21.

The General Tso’s Bowl starts with a base of white rice, layered with crispy chicken drizzled with General Tso’s sauce, broccoli, red bell peppers, wonton strips, scallions and cilantro. The bowl is served with a side of homemade sweet Sriracha sauce and topped with a fortune cookie. Each General Tso’s Bowl also comes with a chance to win a $50 PDQ gift card for guests who find a winning golden fortune inside their fortune cookie.

“We love to continuously update our menu with tasty new offerings,” says Michael Brannock, executive chef of PDQ. “The General Tso’s Bowl is our twist on a delicious Chinese takeout classic.”

PDQ’s regular menu includes premium sandwiches like the Pimento Crunch and Grilled Hawaiian, rice bowls such as the Thai Peanut and Queso Crunch, salads like the Yia Yia’s Greek Salad and a selection of sides like chile-lime corn, broccoli and zucchini fries. The menu still features PDQ classics like hand-breaded chicken tenders made with fresh, never frozen chicken, as well as a variety of handmade sauces and dressings, delicious fresh salads, made-to-order sandwiches and hand-spun milkshakes.
