Pei Wei, the fast-casual restaurant known for its bold flavors and affordable Asian-inspired menu, will finish a record year of growth with three new grand openings on December 21. Locations in Fort Worth and Pearland, Texas, as well as a new restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona, will bring extra cheer for the fast-casual chain this holiday season.
The restaurants will feature made-to-order dishes with high-quality ingredients in a vibrant, modern environment for lunch, dinner, or in between. Guests will experience a unique variety of customizable plates, including hand-rolled sushi and the signature Honey Seared Chicken Wok Entrée.
In January, Pei Wei will launch their Lighten Up Menu, which will allow guests to order any wok entrée with steamed protein and substitute lettuce cups or a salad for rice at no additional charge.
“Texas and Arizona are our two biggest markets, making these new restaurants a great way to end an incredible year of expansion,” says Pei Wei CEO Ralph Bower. “The real gift for the holidays is bringing our loyal guests their favorite handcrafted menu at more locations.”
Pei Wei added 12 new restaurants to the roster in 2015, positioning the network for even bigger plans next year. The brand introduced a lighter, brighter, and fresher feel to the restaurants, rolled out a popular “My Wei Rewards” customer loyalty program, and surpassed more than 200 locations. The company projects to open even more restaurants in 2016.
