As part of its reFRESHed dining experience, Pei Wei Asian Diner guests in Albuquerque, New Mexico, will be able to experience a unique variety of fresh, affordable menu options, including hand-rolled sushi, made-to-order entrée salads, and wok-fresh entrées for on-the-go lunches and lighter dine-in options.
“We are excited for Albuquerque to be among the first to experience the next phase of Pei Wei reFRESH,” says KC Moylan, president of Pei Wei Asian Diner. “Whether you stop in or take it on the go, we always roll it out fresh and fast.”
Guests in the mood for sushi can order 8 rolls starting at just $5.99 or 4 rolls starting at $3.29. And with the addition of small entrée salads and wok fresh entrées starting at just $5.99, there are sizes for all appetites. Pei Wei offers a number of additions for any entrée including edamame or spring rolls.
Pei Wei’s new sushi options include exciting twists on classic favorites. The Mango California Roll combines mango and cucumber and is paired with a citrus ponzu dipping sauce. The Spicy Tuna Roll comes with a signature Sriracha aioli dipping sauce.
“At Pei Wei, we are constantly innovating,” says Phil Butler, creative culinary chef at Pei Wei. “It is our mission to combine bold flavors and fresh ingredients to provide our customers with unique flavor experiences, and the updated menu is no exception.”
In January 2014, the fast-casual concept by P.F. Chang’s unveiled “reFRESH,” a new fresh look and menu items including the introduction of a lighter, small-size entrée at all locations nationwide. Because all dishes are handcrafted fast, Pei Wei guests can customize each to their tastes to enjoy more variety and increased options for pairing, sizing, and pricing.
