To celebrate the bold, fresh tastes of fall, Pei Wei Asian Diner is introducing a new limited-time menu offering, Sriracha Pineapple Pork Lettuce Wraps. Available now through December, the Sriracha Pineapple Pork Lettuce Wraps build on the popularity of PeiWei’s variety of favorite lettuce wraps, which include Thai Chicken, Korean Steak, and Traditional Chicken.
This fall, the Asian-inspired flavors of the Sriracha Pineapple Pork Lettuce Wraps feature all-natural, wok-seared pork and a combination of fresh-cut ingredients—pineapple, red onions, and red and green bell peppers—topped with a kick of Pei Wei’s own Sriracha sauce and served with cool, crisp lettuce cups.
"Our Sriracha sauce provides a unique flavor profile that marries perfectly with the sweetness of pineapple," says Phil Butler, creative culinary chef for Pei Wei. "Our culinary team is excited to offer guests this unique twist on one of the most popular hot sauces in the world."
Introduced this summer, two popular lettuce wrap choices have recently been added to Pei Wei’s permanent menu—Thai Chicken and Korean Steak.
Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps offer a light, fresh, and tangy take on Pei Wei’s traditional lettuce wraps, with all-natural wok-seared chicken, red onions, red bell peppers, and scallions, along with cilantro and mint, all tossed in a tangy citrus soy sauce.
Korean Steak Lettuce Wraps feature a rich and fiery combination of wok-seared marinated steak tossed with fresh carrots, bean sprouts, red onions, scallions, cucumbers, and toasted sesame seeds, drizzled with a Korean red chile sauce.
Starting at just $6.95, Pei Wei’s lettuce wraps are an everyday option for a flavorful lunch, especially when paired with Pei Wei’s Thai Wonton soup, a Vegetable Spring Roll or edamame. At dinner, lettuce wraps are an ideal shareable starter before one of Pei Wei’s signature entrées or noodle bowls wok’d fresh to order.
The lettuce wraps are crafted with the same high-quality and attention to detail as all Pei Wei dishes, using only the best ingredients—including hand-cut vegetables and scratch-made sauces.
