Among some of the selections that will be offered are Phillips’ signature crab cake and fried fish sandwiches, tangy buffalo shrimp, and cheesy crab pretzels. The concession stands will also be serving up Phillips’ cream of crab soup. For fans who prefer land-lover fare, the menu also will contain standard stadium selections such as hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken fingers and french fries.

Phillips Seafood Restaurants Opens Two Concession Stands at FedExField
Centerplate, which operates the concession business at FedExField, confirmed that the Phillips two booths broke stadium records for the most sales at a pre-season game on Friday, August 26, 2005. John Knorr, director of operations for Phillips, expects to break sales records for concession stands at regular season games as well.
